Service Scope

Follow-up performance analysis and parameter refinement
Ongoing technical support and guidance

Service Limitations

Our services are limited to optimization of existing heat pump systems. We do not:

Sell or install heat pump equipment
Perform equipment repairs or warranty work
Provide emergency repair services
Guarantee specific energy consumption reductions

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about their home and heating system
Ensuring safe access to heating equipment during service visits
Following recommendations and instructions provided during training
Maintaining their heat pump system according to manufacturer guidelines

Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Payment is typically required upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and documentation provided as part of our services, is the property of Vunexio and protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability
